Fourth Plinth Sculpture Winners Announced

A giant blue rooster by Katharina Fritsch and a curly haired boy on a rocking horse by Elmgreen & Dragset are the next two sculptures chosen for the Fourth Plinth platform in London’s Trafalgar, Mayor of London Boris Johnson announced the winners this morning.
